Utilizing FeSO4 Waste for LiFePO4 Cathodes by chebbay miloud is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study presents two eco-friendly methods for synthesizing high-performance LiFePO4/C composites for lithium-ion batteries using FeSO4·7H2O waste slag from TiO2 production. The resulting microspheres exhibit excellent electrochemical properties, including high discharge capacities and capacity retention after extensive cycling. The findings suggest that FeSO4·7H2O waste slag can effectively replace pure materials in producing LiFePO4, offering a cost-effective solution for battery manufacturing.
