In His First Address He Refers To The Value Of Mathematics, We Hear His Dislike Lor Too Vivid Visual Speculations And Crude Hypotheses, His Taste Lor The Soberness Of Mathematical Formulae, Where He Argues That The Fundamental Principles Must Needs Escape Further Explanation
