This article examines the professional practice issues faced by sport and exercise psychology (SEP) professionals globally, based on a survey of 156 participants from 29 countries. Key findings indicate that while most professionals have training in performance enhancement, there is significant variation in credentialing and title use across different countries. The authors suggest a need for a comprehensive and globalized approach to training in SEP to address these disparities.
