This study evaluates two tools developed to assess confidence and performance in emergency response among nurses in simulated environments. The emergency response performance tool (ERPT) and a confidence tool were found to have reliability and validity, with significant differences in knowledge and confidence among different experience groups. The findings aim to enhance future research on simulation-based education methodologies in nursing.
