Benalec Sdn Bhd and CeTeau Malaysia Sdn Bhd have formed a joint venture company called Benalec CeTeau Asia Sdn Bhd to provide soil improvement solutions using specialized geosynthetic techniques including prefabricated vertical drains. Benalec holds a 51% stake while CeTeau holds 49%. The joint venture will acquire PVD machines from CeTeau and the first machine is being delivered to begin installing an estimated 200 million linear meters of PVD at Benalec
