Can I read Substantial angular dependence of the electron energy spectra for attractive penning ionization systems: He(23S, 21S)+Li(22S) on EtoBox?
Substantial angular dependence of the electron energy spectra for attractive penning ionization systems: He(23S, 21S)+Li(22S) by A. Merz; M.W. Müller; M.-W. Ruf; H. Hotop; W. Meyer; M. Movre is a Physics and Astronomy article available to read on EtoBox.
What is Substantial angular dependence of the electron energy spectra for attractive penning ionization systems: He(23S, 21S)+Li(22S) about?
High-resolution, angular-dependent electron spectrometric studies and ab initio quantum mechanical calculations ofthe simple Penning lonlzation systems He(2 'S, 2 'S)+Li(l'S) are presented, demonstrating the Importance of electron angular distribution effects on the spectra of attractive Penning ionization systems (well depth 0: >Taverage collision energy E,,, ) The influence of previously neglected rotational energy exchange between the emitted electron and the quasi-molecule is discussed and related to the experimental observations. These new results are relevant to the determination of potential well depths D: and semiempirical autoionization width functions from electron spectra for attractive Penning systems.
