What is Evaluating Egypt about?

This study evaluates the effectiveness of New Urban Communities (NUCs) in Egypt for population redistribution, focusing on perspectives from both residents and non-residents. Findings indicate that NUCs struggle with low occupancy rates and need improvements in livability, economic opportunities, and overall attractiveness. The research emphasizes the importance of incorporating stakeholder insights to enhance urban development strategies in Egypt.
