This study evaluates employee performance accountability in the implementation of the Annual Work Plan (RKT) at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office in Kuningan Regency, Indonesia. Findings indicate that while accountability principles are being internalized, challenges such as weak documentation, unclear performance indicators, and limited human resources persist. Recommendations include strengthening work culture, enhancing technical capacity, and developing integrated evaluation systems
