The author comes home after aerobics class to find two large black calf twins blocking the kitchen door. The calves were brought inside by her husband Ray to warm up after birth. When she pushes through the door, both calves bump into furniture and knock things over in the small kitchen. One calf sucks on her gym bag strap while the other nurses her fingers. Ray helps by warming bottles of colostrum for the calves. They work together to get the bottles into the calves
