X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the formation of a single phase calcium copper titanate structure with an average grain size of 200-400 nm. Dielectric spectroscopy showed the ceramic exhibited grain, grain boundary and electrode contributions consistent with a Maxwell-Wagner relaxation mechanism.
