About this document
Dynamic Creep in Polymer-Modified Asphalt by Haider Habeeb is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the effects of polymer-modified hot mix asphalt (HMA) using Eastman EE-2 to enhance performance against rutting and deformation. Results indicate that the addition of 12% EE-2 significantly improved rutting resistance, reducing permanent deformation by 87% and increasing the resilient modulus threefold. The optimal binder content was determined to be 4.57%, demonstrating the effectiveness of polymer modification in improving asphalt properties for heavy traffic conditions.
