This document describes a study examining the effect of oxidized dietary oils and supplemental vitamin E on tissue α-tocopherol levels in African catfish (Clarias gariepinus). Catfish were fed diets containing either fresh or oxidized oil with 20 or 100 mg/kg of supplemental vitamin E.
