Özben KAYMAZ investigated oil flow and heat transfer in a transformer radiator filled with mineral oil, silicone oil, and ester oil. Temperature dependent properties of the oils were obtained from suppliers and used to model oil flow and perform heat transfer calculations in ANSYS Fluent. Pressure differences across the radiator were obtained for each oil type. The results showed how pressure difference varies with velocity and can be used to describe inertial and viscous resistance for future porous media
