Wall Street stocks slumped at the close of 2016 trading as investors took profits after weaker than expected Chicago manufacturing data. The Dow fell 0.29%, S&P 500 fell 0.46% and Nasdaq fell 0.9% on the week. For the year, Dow rose 13.4%, S&P 500 rose 9.5% and Nasdaq rose 7.5%. Meanwhile in Indonesia, the JCI closed slightly down 0.11% for the week but rose 5.35% for the 4 trading day week and gained 15.32% for the year. The JCI was the second best performing market in Asia Pacific in 2016.
