What is Evaluating Rick about?

Rick teaches reading to his fifth grade class using different methods shown in two videos. In the first video, he does a mini lesson where he reads a story aloud and engages students in a discussion about it. In the second video, students do silent reading of self-selected books while Rick checks in individually. Both videos show Rick using questioning, discussion, and varying whole-group and one-on-one instruction to help students improve their reading skills.
