What is Disappointment with Perfect Muffin Kit about?

The author bought a Perfect Muffin Kit but was disappointed with the results. She followed the directions carefully, including adding hot sauce as her favorite ingredient. However, the muffins turned out terrible and inedible. In the letter, she requests a full refund and returns the empty box and a muffin sample so the company can see the poor quality. Her tone is one of frustration that the product did not meet the promises on the packaging.
