This study assessed the seroprevalence of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies in HIV-positive and HIV-negative patients in Douala, Cameroon, finding an overall seroprevalence of 42.31%. The results indicated no significant difference in SARS-CoV-2 IgG seroprevalence between the two groups, suggesting that well-managed HIV does not increase susceptibility to COVID-19.
