This study compared the efficacy of nabumetone and meloxicam in reducing osteoarthritis pain and the incidence of dyspepsia as a side effect. Sixty osteoarthritis patients were randomly assigned to receive either nabumetone or meloxicam for 3-10 days. Pain levels were assessed on days 3 and 10.
