This document describes the frequency determining and stabilizing circuit of the ALAN42-MULTI transmitter/receiver. It uses a 4 MHz crystal oscillator and phase locked loop (PLL) integrated circuit to derive all local oscillator frequencies for transmission and reception between 13.4925-13.6225 MHz and 16.29-16.55 MHz respectively.
