The study presents the fabrication of NiCo-Layered Double Hydroxide (LDH)/Ti3C2Tx MXene nanosheet composites to enhance supercapacitor performance by improving conductivity and electrochemical kinetics. The resulting electrode exhibits a specific capacitance of 1030 F g−1 and maintains 61% capacitance retention at high power density. An asymmetric supercapacitor built with this composite achieves a maximum energy density of 59 W h kg−1, showcasing its potential for efficient energy storage applications.
