What is Fifth Amendment to FEMA Regulations 2025 about?

The Reserve Bank of India has issued Notification No. FEMA 10(R)(5)/2025-RB on January 14, 2025, amending the Foreign Exchange Management Regulations regarding Foreign Currency Accounts for residents in India.
