MAN Diesel & Turbo has improved the online and CD-ROM presentation of its service letters based on a usability study. Two-stroke and four-stroke service letters are now grouped on a single site with an extended search function. The search results, structure, presentation, and layout of service letters are now uniform across the online and CD-ROM versions for improved user experience and easier access to search service letters.
