What is Hardox 500 Technical Specifications about?

Hardox 500 is an abrasion resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 500 HBW. It is available in thicknesses from 4-80 mm and widths up to 3350 mm for applications requiring wear resistance. The steel has a minimum yield strength of 1250 MPa and is through-hardened to a minimum of 90% surface hardness. It is supplied in the quenched condition with sheared or thermally cut edges.
