This wonderful text comes direct from the horses mouth, ie. it's a conversation between a guru(Gheranda) and a student (Kapali). The guru gives a fantastic answer and example of why an individual must do yoga in his /her daily life. The great wisdom of yoga is found in this profound book. No diagrams, all in words only. But I find that words are as important as diagrams. Will recommend anybody who intend to stay healthy in his/her life, to read this book.
