What is Impact of Online Transport on Taxis in Indonesia about?

This research analyzes the impact of online-based transportation on conventional taxi companies in Indonesia, focusing on PT. Blue Bird Tbk and PT. Express Transindo Utama Tbk from 2014 to 2022. Findings indicate that the rise of online transportation has led to decreased operating income, profit, and stock prices for both companies, with an increased risk of bankruptcy, particularly for TAXI. Adaptability and innovation are crucial for conventional taxi companies to survive in this disruptive era.
