What is Caroline about?

Caroline accidentally sends herself 1000 years into the past after doing a spell with Bonnie to see what Klaus was like as a human. She wakes up in the woods in Mystic Falls from 1000 years ago with no phone service and no way to contact Bonnie or Elena. Bonnie realizes what happened and that the full moon strengthened the spell, trapping Caroline in the past for a month until the next full moon when she can attempt to send Caroline back.
