Batara Guru caught a talking fish while fishing and released it, at which point the fish transformed into a beautiful woman. They fell in love and married, with the woman making Batara Guru promise to never reveal that she was originally a fish. However, during an argument with their daughters, Batara Guru broke his promise by shouting that their mother was a fish.
