What is Determinants of Green Workplace Behavior about?

This study examines determinants of green workplace behaviour (GWB) in Malaysian public service organizations. It applied the Theory of Planned Behaviour framework and surveyed 460 employees. The results found that colleague, supervisor, perceived behavioural control, intention, and knowledge had a significant positive association with GWB, but attitude was not significant. The study contributes to understanding of how to inspire environmentally friendly behaviors at work and supports the adoption of green
