What is Element Fairy about?

This spell claims that by reciting an incantation while pumping up a balloon on a Friday alone in a quiet room, the caster will transform into an air fairy over the course of six months. They will develop wings and wind powers while retaining their human form and abilities. By saying "I am an air fairy", they will appear as a fairy to those they have shared their secret with and have visible wings. Saying "I am a human being" will return them to human form.
