What is ARK 8 (Finnish Architectural Review, 1969) about?

ARK Issue 8 1968 (published early 1969) by the Association of Finnish Architects (SAFA) -- later renamed to Finnish Association of Architects. The issue was edited by an Editorial Committee assembled by the Architecture Students' Guild of the Dept. of Architecture, Helsinki Technical University, and followed the student movement of 1968. It succeeds the previous issue produced jointly with teachers of that University (see editorial below). Pages 63-70, at the end of the magazine provide English translations of some of the published articles.
