There is a sustained and changing voltage between living trees and soil, which may be related to transpiration. If the data of bioelectricity, transpiration characteristics and environmental factors can be observed continuously, thereby finding the relationship between the voltage and transpiration, a new method for transpiration measurement can be provided.
