What is Yaqoob Et Al about?
The study evaluated the effects of partially replacing soybean meal with sunflower meal and supplementing with multienzymes on various parameters in broilers. Results indicated that while growth performance and carcass characteristics were largely unaffected, nutrient digestibility and digestive enzyme activities improved with sunflower meal inclusion. The findings suggest that up to 9% replacement of soybean meal with sunflower meal can enhance nutrient digestibility without compromising growth performance
