Can I read Determination of Fumonisin B1 in animal tissues with immunoaffinity purification on EtoBox?

Determination of Fumonisin B1 in animal tissues with immunoaffinity purification by Didier Tardieu; Aliénor Auby; Caroline Bluteau; Jean Denis Bailly; Philippe Guerre is a Chemistry article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Determination of Fumonisin B1 in animal tissues with immunoaffinity purification about?

Immunoaffinity extraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection was developed to determine Fumonisin B 1 (FB 1 ) in duck tissues. The method was linear over a concentration range of 0.013-0.250 g of FB 1 /g of liver, kidney and muscle. The limit of quantification was 0.013 g FB 1 /g in tissue. The mean percentage of extraction was 75% for liver and kidney and 53% for muscle. This method can be used in duck for the detection of FB 1 contamination after exposure, the liver being the most contaminated tissue.

Who reads Determination of Fumonisin B1 in animal tissues with immunoaffinity purification?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Chemistry.
