A 42-year-old male presented to the hospital with left shoulder pain following a motorcycle accident 3 days prior where he fell on his left shoulder. Physical examination revealed deformity, swelling, and tenderness of the left shoulder region with limited range of motion due to pain. X-ray showed a fracture of the middle third of the left clavicle. The patient was diagnosed with a closed fracture of the middle left clavicle and treated conservatively with analgesics and an arm sling.
