This case report describes an unusual case of urinary canthariasis in a 10-year-old boy with epidermolysis bullosa. The boy experienced intermittent suprapubic pain over 9 months. Three larvae of Tenebrio molitor were later excreted from his urine. Cystoscopy revealed debris, hyperemia, and inflammation of the bladder and urethra.
