Our business conducted a survey in Barangay Tocok, San Fabian to assess demand for a new coconut-based ketchup product. The survey found that 82% of respondents use ketchup regularly but 55% did not believe coconut could be used in ketchup. However, 83% said they would purchase coconut ketchup. Most preferred sweet flavor and would spend 20-24Php. The results indicate high potential demand for the new product in the local area.
