What is Myopic Reflections on Life about?

This poem reflects on how in the mornings of our lives we are like blank infants just starting to perceive the world, yet we quickly develop fixed perspectives and try to shape the world in our own image, though ultimately we are limited and anchored beings like satellites with no choice but to stay in orbit. The poem suggests this cycle will repeat, as the evenings of our lives will find us again as limited perceiving beings, much like how we began in the mornings.
