## Multiple drugs Gigantomastia: case report A 31-year-old woman developed gigantomastia during treatment with estradiol, follitropin-β, ganirelix, menotropin, progesterone and urofollitropin for infertility [dosages not stated; not all routes stated]. The woman (G1) presented for consultation of maternal-fetal medicine and genetics for preconception in March 2018. Her medical history was significant for primary infertility and cystic fibrosis. It was later found that her progesterone level was low. Therefore, induction protocol for pregnancy and ovulation was initiated with letrozole on 22 March 2018. She had one cycle of intrauterine insemination; however, that failed. She had been consuming unspecified combined contraceptive pills, between 21 July 2018 and 21 August 2018 for in vitro fertilisation (IVF). However, she noted increase in size of her breast. Thereafter, in September 2018, she started receiving medication for IVF egg retrieval, these medications included urofollitropin [Fsh], follitropinβ[Follistim], menotropin [Menopur] and ganirelix. During this therapy, she did not notice the increased size of the breast and initial size reduced to baseline size within five weeks
