What is Downloadable SEC Stock and Transfer Books about?

The SEC notice announces that the public can now download the stock and transfer book (STB) and membership book (MB) from the SEC website. However, these downloaded books can only be registered at four SEC satellite offices located in Quezon City and Manila. Each downloaded set of the STB contains 60 pages excluding the registration page, while each downloaded set of the MB contains 30 pages excluding the registration page. Each page must be certified by the corporate secretary.
