About this document

Temperature by Cyndi Cascaro is a document available to read on EtoBox.

Twelve runners ran on a treadmill for 30 minutes under three temperature conditions: 20°C, 25°C, and 30°C, with trials conducted on separate days in random order. After each run, runners rated the perceived effort of the run on a scale of 1 to 10. A Friedman test was conducted and found a statistically significant difference in perceived effort ratings between the temperature conditions at the 0.05 significance level, indicating temperature has an effect on perceived exercise effort.
