The CBTD showed good reliability and identified probable cases of disorders based on a cutoff of five or more symptoms. It demonstrated fair agreement between its diagnostic algorithms for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, conduct disorder, and anxiety disorders and diagnoses made independently by psychiatrists
