What is Ultimate Jutsu Mechanics Explained about?
This document describes rules for designating an ultimate jutsu for a shinobi character. A player chooses one of their known jutsus to become their ultimate technique. They can only use it once per long rest but gain adrenaline points to augment the jutsu, such as increasing its damage, range, or casting speed.
