What is Soya Village about?

The document discusses improvements to access to clean water and sanitation in the village of Soya in the Democratic Republic of Congo through the SWIFT program. Community committees have been established to manage local water sources and promote hygiene. While most residents now pay for water, gaining support from the remaining 30% who refuse is a challenge, but community leaders are working to address this and ensure the changes are sustainable.
