This study investigates the antioxidant effects of silver-ceria nanoparticles (Ag@CeO2 NPs) on melanin reduction in A375 melanoma cells. The nanoparticles were synthesized and characterized, revealing an average size of 234 ± 20 nm and a zeta potential of -33.5 mV. Results indicate that Ag@CeO2 NPs have potential applications in treating hyperpigmentation due to their ability to inhibit melanin biosynthesis.
