What is Request for Shortened Fair Copies about?

The students of the ninth class at Anglophile Public High School request the principal to allow short and concise fair copy writing focused on comprehension for their biology and chemistry subjects. They spend most of their time completing lengthy fair copies, leaving little time for comprehension, homework, and other responsibilities. By writing shorter fair copies based on notes, they will have more time for comprehension, relaxation, and exploring new topics to better prepare for their upcoming exams adm
