This case report describes a 13-year old female patient diagnosed with Gorlin syndrome based on clinical and radiographic findings. Gorlin syndrome is an autosomal dominant condition characterized by basal cell carcinomas, odontogenic keratocysts of the jaws, and skeletal anomalies. The patient presented with multiple palmar pits, jaw cysts associated with impacted teeth, and calcification of the falx cerebri seen on skull radiograph.
