This case report describes a 47-year-old male with chronic renal failure who presented with enlargement of the maxilla over the past year. Imaging revealed lytic lesions in craniofacial bones including expansion of the maxilla. Laboratory tests showed very high parathyroid hormone levels. The patient had been undergoing dialysis for chronic renal failure for the past 3 years.
