This study investigates the prevalence of musculoskeletal (MSK) pain and its association with sociodemographic factors in a semi-urban community in Lahore, Pakistan. Out of 4922 participants, 28.9% reported MSK pain, with significant associations found with factors such as female gender, advancing age, illiteracy, and moderate-intensity household work. The findings highlight a substantial burden of MSK pain and its impact on disability within the community.
