This study evaluated different plant growth regulators (PGRs) for optimizing the rapid propagation of Dendrobium moniliforme through asymbiotic culture. Gibberellic acid, indole-3-acetic acid, and N6-benzyladenine were tested for their effects on seed germination rate. For cluster shoot proliferation, α-naphthaleneacetic acid and N6-benzyladenine promoted the highest proliferation coefficient.
