What is Iatrogenic Dumping Syndrome Case Study about?

This case report describes a 60-year-old man who experienced symptoms of late dumping syndrome, including extreme weakness and fatigue about 2 hours after eating, whenever he took proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) to treat his acid reflux. Tests showed increases in blood insulin and decreases in blood sugar levels after eating, consistent with dumping syndrome. His symptoms disappeared when he stopped taking the PPIs.
